Warcaster Captain Haley of the Royal Cygnaran Army.

A calculatin woman capable of both harshness and heroism, the grim Victoria Haley was born in a small fishing villageon the north western coast of Cygnar,
a once thriving community north of frog's blight called Ingrane. Her parents were simple fishing folk, living a hard life to provide for Victoria and her twin sister.
Their lives were seemingly normal, and would have stayed that way , if it were not for the dreaded Cryx.

While she generally prefers a regimented and conservative appoach to battle, Captain Haley is capable of launching a massive unified assault with a single command.
Carefully conserving the energy and resources of her forces, Haley will trigger a deadly offensive at preceisely the right moment.

Haley posesses the Vortex spear which allows Haley to negate any spell that targets a within 3" including herself.
